Erick A. Ramirez

Erick A. Ramirez is a dynamic member of our team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and diverse experiences to his role as a Business Office Assistant. His academic journey led him to California State University, San Bernardino, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Following his undergraduate studies, Erick had a unique opportunity to work alongside Dr. Sandra Lee, popularly known as Dr. Pimple Popper, at her dermatology office in Upland, California. This experience provided valuable insights into the medical aspects of dermatology, allowing him to witness the intricacies of the field up close. Subsequently, Erick transitioned to the business office of a skilled nursing facility, where he discovered a knack for administrative work related to insurance payment processing. This role has become a bridge between his academic background in Kinesiology and his hands-on experience in the medical field, allowing him to apply his skills in a new and meaningful way. Each step of his journey has contributed to his growth and expertise in various facets of healthcare, creating a well-rounded foundation for his career. Erick’s primary focus in the business office revolves around ensuring a seamless day for his manager, Jenny, who can be likened to the Michael Jordan of collections. Just as a dedicated rebounder supports a shooter, Erick is there to assist and bolster her efforts. He oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including managing appeals, following up on claims, addressing patient inquiries related to copays, and handling various other tasks aimed at ensuring our facility receives the revenue it rightfully deserves. On a more personal note, Erick shares his home with a lively bunch of six, loves Chick-fil-A, and enjoys hitting the golf course with his dad.
